5 tips for a worry-free winter sports vacation.
1. Book your stay in advance
Yes, it may seem a bit simple as advice, but booking in advance is the assurance of having the choice of accommodation, for a stay that suits you! To be serene in your organization, think of booking as soon as possible! If necessary, ask for advice.

2. Equip yourself well
If you have skis from the attic that have not seen snow for ages, we strongly advise you to go to the nearest skiman for an overhaul and an optimal adjustment! Having good quality equipment adapted to each skier is essential to enjoy the pleasures of skiing in complete safety and serenity.
In winter, yes, it can be cold, but we are not teaching you anything! Your ski outfit must therefore be able to protect you against the cold. Go out well covered from head to toe. Don't hesitate to take a look at the weather forecast before each of your outings to adapt your outfit.
3. Ski well insured
Whether you're just starting out or have the level of François Place, our 2019 World Champion skicrosser, don't set off from the top of Mount Lachat without making sure you're properly insured. Check with your insurance company to make sure you are covered in case of an accident. Not covered? Ask our sales representatives to add the Carré Neige insurance when you buy your ski pass(es).
For more safety, we also advise you to wear a helmet and to respect the 10 safety rules on the slopes!
4. Get information on the ski area
The Espace Diamant ski area is 192 km of slopes, 81 lifts and 5 linked village resorts! So to be sure to find your way around, we advise you to consult the map of the slopes and the slope openings before your arrival.
