What is the FreePass card?
The FreePass card allows you to use the ski lifts all year round. It costs €2. It can be reloaded from one year to the next.
Is lift access free for toddlers?
Yes, for children under 5, access to the entire Espace Diamant domain is free!
Where can I rent my ski equipment?
When you arrive in the resort, you'll be spoilt for choice when it comes to renting your ski equipment.
Where are the ski lift sales outlets located?
To buy your ski passes, go to one of the following sales outlets:
- Caisses du Cernix (below the Cernix chairlift)
- Caisses de la Logère (at the foot of the Logère chairlift)
- Caisses des Tovats (at the foot of the Tovats ski lift)
- Crest-Voland pay station (in the reception hall of the town hall)
- Cernix pay station (in the Cernix ticket office building)
Where can I find my FREEPASS card number?
You will find the number of your freepass card printed in a 14-digit format xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxx preceded by the word WEB on your media.
What is a FREEPASS card?
The FREEPASS card is your physical lift pass. Once your pass has been loaded onto the card, the chip it contains gives you access to the lifts as you pass through the various terminals.
Where can I find the rescue number for the slopes?
You can find the piste rescue numbers on your piste map, your skier's guide, on the Espace Diamant mobile app or just below:

I've lost something on the slopes. Where can I find it?
You can go to the lift ticket offices, the piste service or the tourist office.

Is the CrestVoPass card personal?
YES! CrestVoPass cards are individual and nominative.
How do I get charged for my ski trips?
You will be charged regularly for the days you ski. If you didn't ski during this period, you don't have to pay anything!
Can I buy my Crestvopass directly at the checkout?
No, CresVoPass must be purchased online. If you have any problems with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us!
How long does it take to produce a CrestVoPass during the winter season?
We need a minimum of 24 hours to issue a CrestVoPass card during the season. Don't forget to book before your first visit this winter!
What are the opening and closing dates for the ski area?
The Crest-Voland Cohennoz ski area will be open from 21/12/24 to 04/04/2025. These dates are subject to change depending on snow conditions in the ski area.
Is the Crévoluge toboggan run open?
The Crévoluge slope requires particularly favorable snow conditions for safe use. You can check its opening status in real time by clicking here.
Where can I consult my skiing history?
You can consult the history of days skied and details (times and equipment of first and last passages) from your account space on https://forfait.crestvoland.com/?step=0 by clicking on my order history once logged in.

Can I use a snowscoot on any device?
For safety reasons, some machines are not compatible with the use of specific sliding equipment.

Is it possible to use the chairlift with a dog?
You can take the Cernix chairlift with your dog without any problem. The dog is your responsibility for the duration of the trip, and there is no extra charge when you buy a ski pass.
Is it possible to rent bikes/mountain bikes/ATVs at the resort?
No problem at all! Most stores offering ski rental in winter also rent bikes in summer. Take a look at their websites!
Which chairlift can I use to reach the Mont Lachat somet this summer?
For reasons we'll explain shortly ;) the Cernix chairlift will be in operation this summer!
When can I buy my ski passes for next winter?
Season 2025-2026 packages can be purchased from August 04, 2025! For other packages, you'll have to wait until September.
