What are the opening and closing dates for the ski area?
The Crest-Voland Cohennoz ski area will be open from 20/12/25 to 06/04/2026. These dates are subject to change depending on snow conditions in the ski area.
Are dogs allowed on the gondola?
According to the prefectoral decree of March 12, 2012, dogs are not allowed to board the gondola.
Is the Crestvoluge toboggan run open?
The Crévoluge slope requires particularly favorable snow conditions for safe use. You can check its opening status in real time by clicking here.
Where can I find my FREEPASS card number?
You will find the number of your freepass card printed in a 14-digit format xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxx preceded by the word WEB on your media.
Is lift access free for toddlers?
Yes, for children under 5, access to the entire Espace Diamant domain is free!
When can I buy / renew my Crestvopass card for Season 2025-2026?
Crestvopass cards for the 2025/2026 season can now be purchased or reloaded. Be sure to sign up for our newsletter to be informed in real time when our various offers come on line!
Where are the ski lift sales outlets located?
To buy your ski passes, go to one of the following sales outlets:
- Caisse du Cernix (below the Cernix chairlift)
- Caisse Centrale (former Logère chairlift)
- Caisse Village (at the foot of the Logère gondola lift)
- Crest-Voland pay station (in the reception hall of the town hall)
- Cernix ticket office (in the Cernix ticket office building)
Is the CrestVoPass card personal?
YES! CrestVoPass cards are individual and nominative.
What is the FreePass card?
The FreePass card allows you to use the ski lifts all year round. It costs €2. It can be reloaded from one year to the next.
